In Office and Telehealth Outpatient Therapy:  In this setting, a person learns to cope with stressors and manage their mental health. Treatment can range from short-term counseling to long-term occurs depending on the person's needs. Therapy can be provided in the office setting or through telehealth.  Please contact the office or make an appointment online for in-office outpatient therapy or telehealth.

Parent Child Interactive Therapy: PCIT is an evidence-based treatment for young children (ages 2-7) with behavioral problems. PCIT is conducted through "coaching" sessions during which you and your child are in a playroom while the therapist is in an observation room watching you interact with your child through a one-way mirror and/or live video feed. You wear a "bug-in-the-ear" device through which the therapist provides in-the-moment coaching on skills you are learning to manage your child's behavior. PCIT is done across two treatment phases. The first phase of treatment focuses on establishing warmth in your relationship with your child through learning and applying skills proven to help children feel calm, secure in their relationships with their parents, and good about themselves.  PCIT treatment can occur in the office, telehealth, or in the community.

Group Counseling: it is a form of therapy that involves one or more therapist working with several people at the same time, who are experiencing similar issues. Group counseling sessions will be available based on the need.
